Intro to Bookbinding: Concertina Sketchbooks with Abbie Mooney
Join Leeds-based illustrator and printmaker Abbie Mooney for an introduction to the art of concertina books.
The perfect session for beginners, Abbie will guide you through the process of constructing a simple concertina as well as making a decorative hard cover which will enable you to add colour and personality to your book.
Festive Candlestick Workshop with Niamh Phillips Ceramics
Join us for a warm and creative workshop where we’ll be making unique candlestick holders. The workshop will be guided by Niamh Phillips who is a Leeds based ceramicist, specialising in colourful, porcelain ceramics.
Each participant will start with a basic shape thrown by Niamh on her potter's wheel. You will then alter and personalise this in your own style. Using coloured clay, you’ll be able to add handles or decorative details and carve textures.
Your candlestick holders will then be fired and glazed by Niamh in her Mabgate studio, ready for collection at stocked. four weeks later. Come create a perfect addition to your Christmas table or to give as a present!

Paint Your Own Coaster Set with Studio Esk Haus
Come along to stocked. for a festive, crafty evening run by local artist Amy (Studio Esk Haus).
In this relaxed and mindful workshop, you'll be guided through hand painting a set of 4 coasters using a combination of brushes and stencils. Go wild with your own imagination, or if you’re stuck for inspiration, Amy will have specially created designs for you to follow. All creations are celebrated and this workshop is perfect for any skill level.

Join multidisciplinary artist, Gemma Barnett, for a festive inspired tin embossing workshop.
Gemma will guide you through hand embossing techniques which will see you create a series of Christmas themed decorations ready to take home & hang on your tree.

Take some time out from the hustle and bustle of Christmas to hone the art of Christmas calligraphy with Sophie of Sophie Eloise Calligraphy.

Led by Gemma of Wildwood Corner, you’ll will work with a combination of evergreen and dried material, creating a bowl style arrangement which will last for weeks and bring joy to your kitchen in the lead up to Christmas. You’ll walk away with your own bowl stuffed full seasonal delights, plus the skills to make more if you wish!
Exhibition Opening: Collaborations! Presents Artists Rejects.
Collaborations! was born from a group of Horsforth-based artists who also happen to live near each other. One evening, a discussion was sparked over works that they couldn’t get on with. The premise? Take what was rejected by each artist, share and bring new life to abandoned beginnings, to the pieces of work that never made the cut.

Join us for a relaxed, guided, creative evening with the stocked. Art Club, as we recreate a David Hockney painting using acrylic paints.
All materials are provided, and your ticket includes a complimentary drink, although you’re welcome to bring your own bottle as well.
There’s no experience needed to be part of our art club - just come along, have fun, and paint Bradford’s own iconic artist in great company.
Autumnal Dried Flower Arranging with Wildwood Corner - SOLD OUT!
Join us for a peaceful morning to create a textured autumnal vase arrangement with freshly dried flowers and foliage, hosted by Gemma of Wildwood Corner.
You’ll get an abundance of seasonal materials to experiment with as well as all the tricks you need to know for working successfully with dried material and creating a full looking, balanced arrangement. You will walk away with your own vase filled with dried flowers, ready to display in your home. All materials including your vase will be provided.
Tell Your Story: Autobiographical Story Telling Course with Brave Words
Have you ever felt like you have a story to share?
We’ve partnered with Brave Words to host a four-week course giving you the opportunity to share and develop your real life stories into pieces of writing fit for performance and publication. Across four weeks you will discover, explore and experiment with different methods of autobiographical storytelling, creating a unique creative piece based on elements of your life. The course will run on Thursday evenings, 6pm - 7.30pm from 3rd - 24th July at stocked.
